Roland Pechtold is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Amsterdam office and is a member of the firm’s global Industrial Practice, where he specialises mainly in the energy and other process industry sectors.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Roland worked with Royal Dutch Shell for more than 10 years, during which time he held commercial and general management positions. While still at university, he started his career with several management traineeships in various industrial companies. He worked and lived in the Benelux, New Zealand and countries within Asia Pacific.
Roland holds a degree in public administration from the University of Leyden. He speaks Dutch and English.
