Based in the Paris office, Marine de Boucaud focuses on providing executive search consulting services to U.S. and European clients in two core business sectors: medical technology and advanced technology. She is a member of the Life Sciences Practice and the Technology, Communications & Media Practice. Through her extensive cross-border work, she brings significant insight into the cultural dimensions that impact the recruiting of international leadership.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Marine spent 10 years with an international executive search firm, serving as a partner of the firm for the last four years. While there, Marine recruited executives in a range of corporate, commercial and R&D functions for clients that included large blue-chip corporations as well as entrepreneurial ventures. Before her career in search, Marine was an M&A analyst at BNP in Germany.
Marine is a graduate from Tufts University in Boston and the United Nations International School in New York, and completed an executive program at INSEAD.
A dual American and French citizen, Marine is bilingual in English and French and is fluent in German.
