Frank leads the global Insurance Practice for Spencer Stuart. With over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, Frank has recruited senior executive management and board directors in all major sectors of the insurance industry, including industry associations.
Many of these assignments have been for clients entering a new market or business and, at times, searching for new leadership in a changing business. Frank has worked frequently with property/casualty, reinsurance, life and broker senior executives in North America, London, Europe, South America and Bermuda, who are searching globally for executive talent.
Frank brings extensive industry knowledge to search and applies this expertise to all phases of the search process. He knows the issues affecting the industry today, understands key success factors and constantly talks with CEOs and senior executives in the industry. Before joining Spencer Stuart, he was a partner in the insurance management consulting group of Price Waterhouse, a senior consultant at Towers Perrin and, prior to that, was a vice president in a major property/casualty insurance group.
Frank holds a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Frank was also a Congressional Fellow serving the House Oversight Committee during hearings on insurance solvency and government regulation.
