Pascal Bécotte is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial, Financial Services and Life Sciences practices and manages the firm's Montreal office. He brings to the firm more than 10 years of leadership recruiting experience, serving corporations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, across all sectors.
Pascal is an entrepreneur at heart. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he rejoined a small local manufacturing company he founded at age 15 with three partners and helped grow it to a national success story. Pascal subsequently founded his own sales, marketing and business development recruiting firm and grew it to become a leader in its field.
Pascal sits on the boards of the University Club of Montreal and the Montreal Chamber Orchestra. He holds an M.B.A. from Athabasca University as well as a B.S. in engineering physics from the Royal Military College of Canada. Pascal also was trained as an aerospace engineer with the Canadian Air Force.
