Kathy Lennon brings 25 years experience in marketing and operations leadership within the telecommunications industry to her role as consultant in Spencer Stuart's Technology, Communications & Media and Information Officer practices. She is based in the firm's Chicago office.
Prior to joining the firm, Kathy served as operations vice president for AT&T Network Services, where she was responsible for integrating business customer operations in the AT&T/SBC and AT&T/Bell South mergers. During her 25-year career at AT&T, she gained extensive experience in managing the accounts of large, geographically diverse customers and in new business development. She also ran major customer support operations and managed large outsourcing relationships. Earlier in her career, Kathy held key roles in sales and client relationship management with several Fortune 100 customers.
A Chicago native, Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in marketing from Southern Illinois University and an M.B.A. in finance from DePaul University.
