Bringing more than 15 years experience in the investment banking industry, Ana Lacasa joined Spencer Stuart in 2007 as a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ana served as a senior director of Dresdner Kleinwort, where she was responsible for the M&A business. She also served as senior banker to a number of key clients in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, services, food and retail, and private equity. Before that, she was a core member of the team at GBS Finanzas, a leading private investment bank in Spain, where she worked with large global telecommunications, electronics and media companies, and played a key role in coordinating the relationship between GBS Finanzas and its strategic partner Bear Stearns. Earlier, she worked for Arthur Andersen’s M&A subsidiary Alpha Corporate in Madrid. Ana began her career as an analyst at SBC Warburg in Madrid and London.
Ana attended ICADE (Universidad Pontificia Comillas), where she received a law and business administration degree. She also holds an M.B.A. from the Leonard School of Business at New York University.
