Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jean Pierre Dubois was a senior partner of another international search firm. He was one of the founding partners of the Amsterdam office in 1996. While with the firm, he completed a wide range of executive search assignments, with a particular focus on the media and technology industries.
Jean Pierre brings more than 10 years of executive search experience and more than 20 years of senior management experience, including extensive involvement in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to moving into the executive search industry, he held several senior management positions, including resident director of the U.K. division of Wolters Kluwer and executive vice president of the VNU Business Press Group. He gained his first consulting experience at McKinsey & Company, where he was the senior associate in the Amsterdam office. Jean Pierre started his professional career at Pakhoed (now Vopak), where he held several financial management positions.
Jean Pierre has a degree in economics with distinction, from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. He speaks Dutch and English fluently and has a sound working knowledge of French and German.
