Based in Dubai, Gordon recruits both line and functional senior executives for multinational, regional, family-owned and government-financed companies across consumer and industrial sectors.
He previously led the U.K.’s Industrial Practice where he served a broad range of clients in the transportation infrastructure, distribution, marine and manufacturing/process industries. He has also worked across consumer, industrial and technology sectors to meet clients’ requirements for functional experts in procurement, manufacturing operations, logistics and the integrated supply chain. He has led local and international searches for multinational companies and medium-sized enterprises spanning Europe, Middle East, U.S. and Asia Pacific.
Gordon’s early career was spent working on offshore assets in the oil industry, followed by various production and operational roles in the fast moving consumer goods sector, holding geographic responsibility for the U.K., Middle East and Central and Eastern Europe. He is an engineering graduate of Heriot-Watt University.
