Rolf Beckers is a member of Spencer Stuart's Industrial Practice. He is an experienced search consultant with a strong client orientation. Rolf has conducted numerous C-level searches for general management, manufacturing, research and development, sales and marketing, as well as financial executives on a national and worldwide level.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Rolf spent five years with another international search firm. Previously, Rolf was executive director of Frankfurt Theatre, one of Germany's largest theaters, and was responsible for the entire organization with the exception of programming and artistic issues. Before that, he was assistant manager of the concert hall Alte Oper Frankfurt. Earlier in his career, Rolf served as in-house counsel and head of human resources of a Luxembourg-based private TV network, a subsidiary of CLT Group (today RTL Group).
Rolf studied law at the Universities of Freiburg, Heidelberg and Bonn and holds a doctor of philosophy degree from the University of Bonn. In addition to his native German, Rolf speaks English and French.
