Susan Baldwin brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, business development and operations in the healthcare industry to her role as a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Life Sciences Practice. In particular, Susan focuses her search work within the healthcare services and managed care sectors.
Her career has included senior-level sales and account management roles for a spectrum of healthcare services and life sciences products companies, as well as extensive experience building and managing teams at those organizations. Most recently, Susan was vice president and general manager of national accounts for Medco Health Solutions, where she was responsible for developing new business for the company and retaining existing client relationships representing many of the nation’s Fortune 100 companies. At Medco, she also worked closely with managed care clients.
Prior to Medco, Susan was vice president of national accounts for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, where she helped develop and manage the company’s national accounts program. She also held sales and marketing management roles at Caremark International, Baxter International and American Hospital Supply.
She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
