Lee Esler is the leader of Spencer Stuart's global Computing Systems and Semiconductor practices. He has extensive executive search experience conducting CEO, COO, division president and board engagements in addition to functional officer assignments in marketing, sales and finance. He also serves as a core member of the firm's Marketing Officer Practice.
Lee works with several large multinational companies as well as numerous small to mid-sized organizations with private equity backing. As an experienced executive search consultant with an enterprise leadership focus, he brings specific industry expertise in end-user and enterprise technology-based products and services as well as consumer-based technology products and services.
In 2002, Lee joined Spencer Stuart after spending three years at another executive search and management consulting firm. Prior to entering the executive search profession, Lee held executive roles at Compaq Computer Corporation, Eastman Kodak Company and led a startup in the enterprise expense management space.
Lee received his bachelor of arts in chemistry from Miami University (Ohio), and his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He currently serves on the advisory board for the Farmer School of Business at Miami University as well as the advisory board of the Global 50, a private membership of global presidents, COOs and division CEOs.
