Katherine Moos joined the London office of Spencer Stuart in 2000 and specialises in succession planning for major global financial institutions, covering senior line management and functional roles. Her search work in financial services focuses on CEO and non-executive director appointments, as well as senior functional roles, in particular in finance, marketing and human resources. Katherine works with clients across all sectors, and previously was head of the Financial Services Practice in the U.K.
Prior to Spencer Stuart, Katherine was a strategy consultant with LEK Consulting. Katherine was then CEO of a retail business and subsequently founder-CEO of a company in the leisure industry.
Katherine earned her L.L.B. in English law and German law from Kings College, London, and holds a diploma in German law from the Universität Passau. She is fluent in English, French and German.
