Christine Bell is a consultant in Spencer Stuart's European Financial Services Practice. She joined the firm in 2000 following a career with two London executive search boutiques where she worked across a range of industries and functions, including financial services. She has focused on the areas of retail banking, consumer finance and insurance for the last six years. She specialises in functional appointments in finance, operations and marketing within these industries, as well as chief executive and general management roles.
She has worked with blue chip clients including Royal Bank of Scotland, Abbey, Barclays, HSBC, HBOS, Bradford & Bingley, Marsh & McLennan, Prudential and Resolution PLC, with whom she recently undertook a secondment as part of the strategic change and transformation team.
Christine has over 12 years experience in the search industry supported by a background in research. She graduated from Edinburgh University with a master's degree in psychology.
