Salvador Palmada
Before joining Spencer Stuart in May 2001, Salvador Palmada was a managing director of Bank of America Spain in charge of investment banking and responsible of the Bank's office in Barcelona, one of the most successful international operations of Bank of America. Salvador started his career with Bank of America in the fixed income division. In the early nineties, as an analyst and client manager, he was involved in the development of the highly profitable client derivative business of the Bank in Spain, as well as in the creation of a strong corporate finance team. He was also a board member of Bank of America, S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of America NTSA. Salvador holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
