Brad leads Spencer Stuart's Energy Practice in the Americas where his functional focus is on board recruiting, and senior level general management, financial officers, and human resources executives.
Brad has successfully conducted board, chief executive officer, president, and chief operating officer assignments for Marathon Oil Corporation, FMC Technologies, Rowan Companies, Tronox, Inc., Pioneer Natural Resources, McJunkin Redman Corporation, JDR Cable Systems, Reliant Energy, NCI Building Systems, Input/Output, Veritas, DGC Baker Hughes, Frontier Oil, Cheniere Energy, Pioneer Drilling Company, Bill Barrett Corporation, NATCO Group, Inc., Pioneer Companies, Stewart Enterprises, Inc. and The Construction Industry Institute.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Brad was vice president of business development for GeoNet Services. Prior to that, he was an associate partner with a smaller search firm in Houston and director of business development with Precision Castparts Corporation. Earlier, Brad held planning and general management roles with Browning-Ferris Industries and was a strategy consultant with the Houston office of McKinsey & Company. Brad began his career with Touche Ross & Co. as an audit and tax accountant.
Brad is a CPA, earned his B.S.B.A. in accounting from Colorado State University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Brad is a three-time recipient of Spencer Stuart’s Lou Rieger Award for the quality of his work on behalf of the firm’s clients.
