Brad Farnsworth joined Spencer Stuart from GeoNet Services, Inc., a startup application service provider, where he was vice president of business development. Prior to that, Brad was an associate partner at a smaller search firm in Houston and director of business development with Precision Castparts Corporation. Earlier, Brad held planning and general management roles with Browning-Ferris Industries and was an engagement manager in McKinsey & Company's Houston office. Brad began his career with Touche Ross & Co. as an audit and tax accountant.
His commitment to building excellent management teams is an asset to Spencer Stuart. His varied background enables him to contribute to many of the firm’s practices, including the Industrial; Technology, Communications & Media; and Consumer Goods & Services practices.
Brad earned his B.S.B.A. in accounting from Colorado State University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
