Rafael Rojo
Rafael Rojo has 10 years of experience in the executive search profession. He started in CADESA, a Mexican firm, and then participated in the launching of the Mexican operation of A.T. Kearney Executive Search, where he served as vice president for five years. His experience in executive search encompasses a wide range of industries and functions with an emphasis on the industrial, entertainment and consumer goods industries. Prior to executive search, Rafael had a career in human resources, first in different roles and positions in Ford Motor Company, and later as human resources director for the largest seat and interior trim supplier to the automotive industry. Rafael worked towards a degree in industrial relations in the Iberoamericana University in Mexico City.
