Jennifer Herrmann manages Spencer Stuart's Philadelphia office and is a lawyer and member of Spencer Stuart’s Legal Search Practice. She works across multiple industries, including financial services, consumer goods and services, industrial, life sciences and technology. In addition to general counsel assignments, her work includes a range of senior legal positions with a focus on corporate secretary, chief compliance officer and senior securities counsel searches.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 1997, Jennifer was an attorney with the Philadelphia law firm of Marks, O'Neill, Reilly, O'Brien and Courtney, P.C., where she specialized in litigation. She is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware state and federal bars.
Jennifer earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law and graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in international relations.
Jennifer also is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, where she focuses on the asset management, insurance and consumer financial services/retail banking industries. In addition, she conducts extensive talent benchmarking studies.
