Tania Haboucha is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Practice who brings more than 25 years of experience creating in-house corporate functions dedicated to the recruitment, assessment and development of senior and emerging leaders. Based in Brussels yet with an international scope, she is a trusted advisor, mentor and coach known for helping organizations achieve business goals by focusing on building human capital and leadership strength.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Tania was heading leadership development and executive talent functions at global level and across industry sectors (Financial Services, FMCG, IT & Digital, Industry). In these roles, she designed and implemented best practice roadmaps for the identification of rising potential and the development of leaders and organizations.
- Addressing the strategic imperatives through the human capital lens, she created and developed corporate practices from scratch and established herself as a thought leader and sparring partner for senior executives.
- Previously, Tania began her career as a brand manager for Procter & Gamble and was an executive search consultant with a leading international firm.
Tania earned a commercial engineer degree from Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (ICHEC) in Brussels. She also earned an M.A. in organizational psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University, where she was a Fulbright Scholar. She has worked and lived in Belgium, France and the Unites States, and speaks English, French, Dutch, Italian and German.
