- Christoph focuses on board, C-level and board-1 level assignments. He has successfully executed more than 350 senior executive searches and more than 1.400 executive assessments in the healthcare, advanced technology, insurance and FMCG industries.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Christoph was co-entrepreneur and managing partner in an auction house, where he had full responsibility of P&L and people management.
- Previously, Christoph spent 15 years as senior partner in the global life sciences practice of another global leadership advisory firm, where he was also the managing director of the Austria office. He earned the company´s client excellence award and was selected to participate in a global leadership program at Harvard Business School.
Christoph is a graduate of Vienna Business School, and Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he earned a master´s degree in business administration. He speaks German and English.
