Rebecca Williams is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services, based in Atlanta. She has more than 20 years of experience as an executive-level consultant and executive coach, helping C-suite leaders across a broad array of industries solve their most complex leadership issues. She has extensive experience serving multiple industries including biotech and pharmaceuticals within the healthcare vertical.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Rebecca was a partner with Aon Hewitt, where she led the consulting function for the firm’s U.S. engagement and culture practice. She helped clients adapt to changing marketplaces and drive strategic initiatives. In addition, Rebecca played a key role in expanding the capabilities and service offerings of Aon Hewitt during her tenure with the company.
She has meaningfully impacted the careers of the many senior Fortune 500 company leaders she has coached. She also shares insights more broadly as a lecturer on several leadership topics, and has served as the keynote speaker at various industry and corporate leadership events.
Before Aon Hewitt, Rebecca spent eight years as a consulting director with IDC Latin America, a market research and consulting firm focused on the IT and telecom industries.
Rebecca earned an I.M.B.A. focused on international marketing and Spanish from the University of South Carolina, as well as a B.A. in business administration and Spanish from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina. She also earned executive coaching certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara and the International Coaching Federation. Rebecca has worked throughout Latin America and Europe, has lived and worked in Spain and Mexico, and is fluent in Spanish.
