Based in Melbourne, Jack Evison brings more than 20 years of experience to Spencer Stuart’s Industrial, Supply Chain and Business & Professional Services practices. She specializes in process industries, with particular emphasis on manufacturing operations, engineering products and digital transformation.
Extensive strategic experience across sectors
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jack was a strategic adviser with OneFortyOne Plantations, an investor in renewable forest plantations and timber operations in Australia and New Zealand. There, she advised the CEO and board on growth strategies and led development and integration of investments.
Before that, Jack was a general manager with Mondelez International in New Zealand, where she oversaw brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Pascall and Oreo. She introduced a new commercial strategy, updated the culture and operations, and developed a new leadership team. Prior to her general management role, Jack was Director of Strategy and led transformation in Mondelez’s Developed Asia Pacific markets.
Previously, Jack spent six years at Booz & Company, (now Strategy&) where she was a senior member of the Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia strategy practice. In this position, she led strategy across a range of industries, including industrials, consumer goods and government.
Jack holds a B.A. in psychology and Japanese from Swinburne University in Melbourne, and an MBA from Melbourne University. She is conversant in French, and she has been active with Cara Incorporated, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping vulnerable young women.
