Leading Through Volatility

Instability and volatility can paralyze decision making in an organization, as senior leaders become more and more distracted by outside events and lose their ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term needs. While the current stressors on businesses and executives will not disappear any time soon, leaders who are able to adapt and overcome these pressures will enjoy a considerable competitive advantage over those who cannot.
