Converging governance principles: Learning from best practices around the world

More and more companies in emerging markets are looking to raise their governance standards. While the trend in recent years has been for governance models around the world to converge around commonly agreed principles, Asian regulators and business leaders have an opportunity to seek governance solutions to local governance problems — and drive behaviors that combine local needs with global best practice.
