Rich Kurkowski joined Spencer Stuart in 1981 and currently is the firm's chief financial and administrative officer, overseeing a number of functional areas worldwide: systems and technology, training, finance, controllership, legal, administration, acquisitions, purchasing, real estate, knowledge and information services, and corporate secretary. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he served as manager of various departments at McDonald's Corporation, worked with UARCO and spent five years with Arthur Young.
Rich, a CPA, has a B.S. and an M.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) College of Commerce and Business Administration.
