Guilherme de Noronha Dale helped establish Spencer Stuart's Sao Paulo office in 1977, and formerly led the firm's Consumer Goods & Services Practice in South America. His prior career was as an executive and independent businessman with Montreal Engenharia and SCI Sistemas, respectively. He currently leads the firm's Board Services Practice efforts in Brazil and is also a core member of the Consumer Goods & Services Practice.
Guilherme is a chemical engineering graduate from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and he holds a M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English and has a good command of French and Spanish.
