Jerome is a consultant at the Montreal office of Spencer Stuart. He is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences and Technology, Communications & Media practices, with a focus on the telecommunications, software development and new media sectors.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jerome spent seven years with Bell Canada, a leading Canadian telecommunication service provider, most recently as an assistant vice president, outsourcing. In that role, he was responsible for setting up a new division which developed and managed outsourcing arrangements. Jerome also held marketing, sales and business development positions at Bell Canada from 1990 to 1995.
Jerome began his career at General Foods as an electrical engineer, where he was responsible for automating production lines. He then went on to work as a consultant for Bell Canada's real estate group in 1988.
Jerome holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique of the Universite de Montreal. He is an active member of the community; most notably, he is the former president and chairman of the Montreal Junior Board of Trade and a current director of its Foundation, as well as a director of Societe ProMusica. He is also actively involved in a number of community and not-for-profit organizations such as the Salvation Army. Jerome is also the co-author of a book on business ethics.
