Luca Pacces has had a life-long fascination with how people work together in companies. His understanding of industrial psychology has benefited clients and candidates alike.
Luca brings to Spencer Stuart more than 30 years of experience in executive search, allowing him to contribute to a wide variety of practices. He led the firm’s Italian operations for five years until 1999 and also has led the firm's Industrial Practice in Europe, which serves the energy, utilities, automotive, construction, industrial machinery and services sectors. Luca now leads the Board Services and the Life Sciences practices in Italy, and is a core member of the Industrial and Consumer Goods & Services practices.
Luca began his executive search career founding his own firm in Turin. His firm later merged with TASA International, an executive search firm. At TASA, Luca rose to the position of regional president for Europe. Early in his professional career, Luca was a human resources specialist for a management consulting firm and was a professor of industrial psychology.
Luca graduated with a degree in political science from the University of Turin. He speaks Italian, English and French.
