Yvonne leads Spencer Stuart's global Financial Services Practice.
Since joining Spencer Stuart in 1996, she has conducted numerous search assignments for international clients with a particular focus on asset management, capital markets and consumer finance. In addition, she has specific expertise in recruiting top corporate center professionals both in Europe and globally. Yvonne has also been global account manager for a number of important client relationships in financial services.
Previously, Yvonne was managing director of marketing and sales for Pioneer Investments, a Boston-based asset management firm, where she was responsible for business development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Prior to that, she worked in the private banking and asset management division of a major German bank for nine years, three years of which she spent overseeing its London-based asset management subsidiary.
Yvonne is fluent in German, English and French. She holds degrees in French, English and economics from Heidelberg University.
