Otto W. Obermaier joined Spencer Stuart in 1987 and is a long-serving member of the firm’s Industrial and Board Services practices in Frankfurt, Germany.
His client work with industrial and service companies (B2B) across different sectors focuses on recruitment solutions at the top management and supervisory committee levels. He specializes in the transportation and logistics, energy, chemicals, mechanical engineering, construction, supply chain, and automotive sectors, serving a wide range of international public companies as well as large family-owned companies. He also advises on management succession and corporate governance.
Before entering the field of executive search, Otto earned a master’s degree from Karlsruhe University in industrial engineering and gained several years of experience while involved in the general management of a special machine construction company.
