Based in Beijing, Jiang Lei is a member of the Spencer Stuart’s Industrial and Financial Services practices and leads the firm’s effort in developing relationships with Chinese enterprises across all practices.
With more than 16 years of search experience, Jiang Lei is an industry pioneer in China as one of the first individuals to work in search in Beijing. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he was a Partner with another leading executive search firm where he served Chinese and multinational clients across industries. Before entering the search industry, Jiang Lei worked for a leading Chinese company under the State Physical Culture and Sports Commission.
During this time, he gained extensive experience in advertising, marketing and public relations while organizing major international sporting events throughout China.
Jiang Lei is a graduate of Beijing University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in physical geography.
