Based in Spencer Stuart's Singapore office, Arnaud Despierre is a member of the firm's Industrial and Human Resources practices. He brings eight years of consulting and engineering experience to his role as a specialist for the petroleum and utilities industry.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Arnaud spent five years in Canada and Southeast Asia as a manager for McKinsey & Company, where he worked on engagements in oil and gas, aerospace and basic materials. He served his clients on an array of organizational issues ranging from organizational restructuring to human resources management, leadership development and cultural change. He began his career with Rolls Royce Power Engineering, supporting the development of industrial gas turbines for oil and gas and electrical power generation applications, as well as marine gas turbine engines for the U.K. Royal Navy and U.S. Navy.
Arnaud is a graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in France and holds a Master of Science in thermal power from Cranfield University and an M.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan. He is fluent in English and French and conversational in Mandarin, Indonesian and Spanish.
