Robert Stark, a founding member of the Executive Intelligence Group, which was integrated into Spencer Stuart in 2007, specializes in leadership assessment and development to measure the suitability of existing and potential talent for senior roles.
As an expert in executive assessment, Robert works with a range of clients to rigorously evaluate and benchmark senior executives, helping organizations align their leadership with strategic imperatives and improve the performance of executives through actionable developmental plans that maximize their contributions. He also helps clients apply the insights gained through executive assessments to develop succession plans.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Robert consulted on leadership issues with diverse clients, including Hewlett-Packard, McKinsey & Company and Granite Construction. Before that, he served as COO for Hagberg Consulting Group and then co-founded HiringTools, a human resources software company that was acquired by Monster.com/TMPW. Robert was vice president of strategy and planning for Monster, where he identified and evaluated acquisition targets.
Robert is on the board of directors of Clear Picture Corporation. He received an honors degree in business administration from the Ivey School of Management in London, Canada, in 1987.
