A member of Spencer Stuart’s Life Sciences Practice, Nam Lee joined the firm after 29 years of experience with the medical technologies and healthcare industries. He has worked in the U.S., Japan, Singapore and other Asia-Pacific countries.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nam served as president of Sorin Group Japan/Asia Pacific for three years as well as more than nine years with Medtronic Japan and Asia Pacific as vice president for CRM, neuro, spinal, diabetes and vascular businesses. He also served as the managing director for Korea, Taiwan and ASEAN countries at Medtronic.
Nam was born in Korea and grew up in Japan and Malaysia and he is now a U.S. citizen. He holds a bachelor’s degree in systems sciences from UCLA and master’s degree in operations research/sciences from California Polytechnic. He speaks fluent English, Japanese and Korean.
