Gianluca Bianchi joined Spencer Stuart in July 2007. He is a member of the Consumer Goods & Services Practice and specializes in the packaged consumer goods and advertising agencies sectors.
Gianluca joined Spencer Stuart with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales for consumer goods multinational firms. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he was CEO of T&C Italia, the on-trade sales and distribution company of the Carlsberg Group.
Gianluca started his career in the marketing department of Panzani-Ponte-Liebig, part of the Danone Group, where he served in senior management roles before moving to Johnson & Johnson as marketing manager of the sanitary protection division. He then held the role of marketing and trade marketing director for Del Monte Foods in Southern Europe before moving to Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine, initially as sales and marketing director and later CEO and president of the Italian business unit.
Gianluca holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Perugia. He speaks English fluently.
