Buhle Masithela is a member of the Financial Services and Consumer Goods & Services practices at Spencer Stuart.
Buhle has a 15 year track record acquired in blue-chip South African and global firms, initially in brand management roles in the consumer goods environment at Amalgamated Beverages Industries and Unilever Foods, and most recently in financial services. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she spent 8 years at RMB, one of South Africa’s premier merchant banks. As business development director, Buhle was responsible for deal origination and client relationship management in the public sector across the range of RMB’s products including treasury services, infrastructure finance, corporate finance, structured finance and debt capital markets solutions.
Buhle has a Bachelor of Social Science degree and a Higher Diploma in Education from the University of Natal in Pietermaritzburg, and obtained her M.B.A. from the Simmons School of Management in Boston.
