Fernando is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Bogota office and conducts searches within the firm’s Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Services and Technology, Communications & Media practices.
With more than 17 years of professional experience, Fernando served as Vice President at ABN AMRO in Bogota, responsible for cross selling and a portfolio of local and international clients. He also focused on share-of-mind products, such as structured financing, mergers and acquisitions and project advisory. Fernando also has worked with Banco Santander Central Hispano (BSCH) as head commercial banker and as a product manager at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA).
Fernando earned an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain and a B.S. in Economics from Universidad Javeriana in Bogota.
