Before joining Spencer Stuart, Eliana Stigol worked for Andersen Consulting as a consultant for the Change Management Services. Previously, she worked with another leading executive search firm as a senior associate. Eliana has acquired broad experience in organization and human resources consultancy through different lines of services: technology assimilation, organizational reengineering, knowledge transfer, human resources administration and total quality control. Eliana is currently responsible for executive searches in Buenos Aires and the surrounding region, and she specializes in the technology, Internet, media and entertainment industries. Born in Argentina, Eliana has an E.D.P. from the University of Belgrano.
