Bill Clemens brings to the firm over 25 years of experience in executive search and human resources management.
He has conducted hundreds of domestic and international search assignments, working with clients in the insurance, financial, industrial and professional services sectors. His expertise encompasses senior line and staff positions, including board of director searches.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Bill spent 17 years in executive search, most recently as managing partner of another international search firm's North American operations and head of the insurance practice. Previously, Bill was director of staffing for McKinsey & Company. Earlier in his career, he held positions in human resources management with NL Industries and Squibb Corporation.
Bill holds a B.A. in political science from Bloomfield College.
