Kristine Johnson is a consultant based in Spencer Stuart’s Los Angeles office and is a core member of the firm’s Education, Nonprofit & Government practice and also specializes in the recruitment of senior executives within the corporate communications sector.
Kristine has deep expertise in senior-level search within both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. More than 15 years ago she transitioned to a career in executive search following several years in the government sector as a public affairs and media relations officer. Over the last decade Kristine has developed a client list and relationships that cover all levels of senior management with particular emphasis on C-level searches. Her clients represent a combination of arts and culture, consumer products, foundations, education, entertainment, life sciences and humanitarian aid.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart Kristine led professional and executive recruitment within The Walt Disney Company. Previously, Kristine was with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, where she served as an associate director of recruitment for the information, communications and entertainment practice. She also led college and M.B.A. recruitment for the Los Angeles office of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Kristine holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
