Clay Jackson is a consultant in Spencer Stuart's Houston office. Clay focuses on serving clients in the utilities, petroleum and natural gas, and metals and mining industries. He has conducted multiple searches for executives in accounting and finance, market and credit risk, energy marketing and trading, and audit and compliance for a variety of non-regulated and regulated clients.
Clay has 13 years of executive search experience. He began his career with the non-regulated energy marketing and trading subsidiary of Transco Energy Company, where he held various middle-office and commercial positions in the energy futures trading area.
Clay is on the board of directors of the ESCAPE Family Resource Center in Houston, a nonprofit, privately funded child abuse prevention agency focused on providing families in crisis with family strengthening programs.
Clay received his bachelor's degree in managerial studies and sociology from Rice University.
