Enzo De Angelis is a leader within the firm’s Executive Assessment business in Italy and also a leader within the Board Services Practice in Italy. He brings more than 25 years of consulting experience to his client work.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Enzo was at Ernst & Young, where he served as chief executive officer of Ernst & Young Financial Business Advisors S.p.A. He also served as chairman of Ernst & Young Channel 2 Businesses in Italy, which included the tax and legal, corporate finance, management consulting, corporate governance and risk consulting practices. Enzo began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he worked for 20 years; during the last years he served in leadership roles including regional managing partner for Italy and Greece, CEO of Arthur Andersen Management and Business Advisors S.r.I and president of Arthur Andersen Integrated Solutions.
Enzo also served on the board of an Italian private multinational group, as an independent non-executive director. He received a degree in economics from La Sapienza University in Rome and is a member of the Association of Financial Analysts in Italy and registered as Dottore Commercialista (Italian CPA equivalent).
