Enzo De Angelis is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services and Professional Services practices who brings more than 20 years of accounting and consulting experience to his client work. He also is a member of the Spencer Stuart Strategic Leadership Services® team in Italy, a group that helps clients make critical long-term decisions about their people and organizations.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Enzo was at Ernst & Young, where he was chief executive officer of Ernst & Young Financial Business Advisors S.p.A. He also served as chairman of Ernst & Young Channel 2 Businesses in Italy, which included the tax and legal, corporate finance, management consulting, corporate governance and risk consulting practices. Within E&Y Channel 2 Businesses, he helped build a consulting boutique serving clients in the areas of corporate governance, non-executive directorship and risk management services. Enzo began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he worked for 20 years, serving in leadership roles including regional managing partner for Italy and Greece, CEO of Arthur Andersen Management and Business Advisors S.r.I and president of Arthur Andersen Integrated Solutions.
Enzo serves on the board of Antonio Merloni S.p.A., an Italian private multinational group, as a non-executive director.
He received a degree in economics from La Sapienza University in Rome and is a member of the Association of Financial Analysts in Italy and registered as Dottore Commercialista (Italian CPA equivalent).
