Anne Benbow is responsible for leading Spencer Stuart's Industrial Practice in Southeast Asia, and for the management of the Southeast Asia office, based in Singapore. She also has accountability for the firm's Board Services Practice within the region.
Anne brings to Spencer Stuart more than 25 years of global human resources experience in both the transportation and financial services sectors, having led large HR divisions in Asia and North America. Her career includes building professional human resources capability globally as chief human resources officer at Neptune Orient Lines in Singapore, and covering 41 countries and territories as head of HR for DHL in Asia Pacific. She also served as senior vice president of global fixed income HR at Lehman Brothers in New York. In addition, Anne held a number of international senior HR assignments at Chase Manhattan covering both significant business units (including four years in Japan) and corporate units, including university relations and recruiting. She is a regular speaker at industry forums and a member of both the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce.
Anne holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Bucknell University. She and her husband reside in Singapore and have three grown children who reside in the United States.
