Based in the firm's Stamford office, Adam Kovach is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Communications & Media and Consumer Goods & Services practices. Adam is also a member of the firm's Financial Officer Practice, helping recruit top finance executives including CFOs. During his tenure with Spencer Stuart, Adam has helped to place more than 150 executives in leading companies around the world. His search work focuses on several functional areas, including general management, finance, marketing, sales and product development. Adam has successfully completed searches for AOL, Google, MSN, Reader’s Digest, MTV and Viacom.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Adam worked as a communications consultant for Watson Wyatt in its business integration and communications practice. Before that, he was the operations manager for an industry-leading staffing and management search firm.
Adam earned his master's degree in human resources from the Clarkson University School of Business and is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elmira College. He lives in Norwalk, Connecticut with his wife, Tara, and son Griffin.
