Susana Mac Eachen is a fully dedicated member of Spencer Stuart's Financial Services Practice and Legal Practice. Her work includes recruiting at the managing director, general management and the CFO levels. Her specialties include global securities and wholesale banking, investment banking and real estate. With her international professional background and personal understanding of different cultures, Susana adds value and perspective to every international search assignment.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Susana was vice president of the Energy Project Finance Unit of Mediocredito Centrale S.p.A., where she worked extensively with primary international legal firms in Rome. Before that, she was vice president and fund manager for Smith Barney in New York. Previously, Susana was associate vice president at Yturbe, Laborde y Asociados, the Mexican fund managers and advisors to Lehman Brothers in Mexico City.
Susana has a degree in development economics and is trilingual in English, Spanish and Italian.
