Jwee San Tan
Jwee San Tan brings to Spencer Stuart more than eight years of experience in the China and Southeast Asian markets. Before joining the firm, Jwee San was a principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, where she focused on delivering business as well as operations strategies. Her key clients included the leading multinational players in the consumer products, automotive and high tech sectors. Jwee San brings valuable channel management, marketing and customer relationship management knowledge and expertise to the firm and its clients. She began her professional career at Mars Incorporated, where she contributed strongly to building brand presence and generating revenue growth in the China market in her roles as training manager and later, as events and brand marketing manager. Jwee San comes from Singapore and holds a bachelor of science (hons.) from the National University of Singapore.
