Silvana Zenere is a leader within Spencer Stuart’s Life Science Practice in Buenos Aires and is a core member of its global practice. She is also a member of the firm’s Human Resources Practice, conducting assignments for local and regional senior human resources executives across many industries.
Silvana joined Spencer Stuart in 2000 as a senior associate to help develop the Life Sciences and Financial Services practices in the region, as such she contributed to various searches of top local and multinational companies throughout South America.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Silvana worked eight years for HSBC Group. From her position as a top manager in human resources, she helped develop various areas within the organization.
Silvana holds a B.A. from Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is active in community service and is married with two children.
