Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jian was a global partner at Accenture, responsible for its government market unit for China.
Currently based in Beijing, Jian has 20 years of management and information technology consulting experience in the Asia Pacific region. He specialized in IT strategy consulting and system implementation services, particularly for enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain management (SCM), customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and shared services.
Jian fully understands the complexity of the China marketplace. In his past capacity as the lead partner in consulting firms, he leveraged global best practices to provide practical solutions to local client business needs. Jian has served many clients in diversified industries, including Sinopec, Shanghai GM, AstraZeneca, Panasonic and KCRC.
Jian holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Electronics in China and a postgraduate degree from University of Technology in Sydney. He began his career at Hewlett-Packard China as a system engineer in 1984. He has then lived and worked in Australia since 1988. Jian joined a consulting firm in Hong Kong in 1994.
