Henrik Engsner joined Spencer Stuart's Stockholm office in October 2005 and is a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice.
After graduating from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Henrik worked for McKinsey & Co for five years, during which period he also earned an M.B.A. at INSEAD. Following McKinsey, Henrik held various positions in the Scandinavian financial services sector, including banking, life insurance and investment banking. Before joining Spencer Stuart, he was establishing the private banking business of the leading Nordic investment bank, Carnegie.
Henrik is a former Russian interpreter through the Swedish military service. In addition to Swedish and English, he also speaks French.
