Based in Spencer Stuart's Stamford office, Lisa is a member of the firm's global Financial Services Practice. Her areas of focus include asset management (long only and hedge fund/private equity), retirement services and risk management. She is also a contributing member of the firm’s Education, Nonprofit & Public Policy Practice.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Lisa was director of research at Greenwich Associates, a leading provider of market intelligence to the financial services sector. Prior to that, she was a senior analyst at Cerulli Associates, where she covered the institutional and retail retirement markets. Lisa also was vice president of strategic planning and marketing for Fidelity Institutional Retirement Services Company. Earlier in her career, she was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company. She began her career as a financial analyst in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
Lisa has a B.A., cum laude, from Princeton University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
