Pierluigi Fattori is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 30 years at the Fiat Group, specializing in human resources.
From 1999 to 2004, Pierluigi was the corporate senior vice president of human resources for Fiat and vice president of the industrial union for Turin. During his career at Fiat, Pierluigi held many positions of increasing responsibility, including public relations and press office manager and trade union relations for Fiat, industrial relations manager for Teksid, personnel and organization manager of Iveco Fiat, vice president of personnel and organization for Magneti Marelli, and vice present of human resources and vice president of commercial operations for Iveco Fiat.
Pierluigi earned a law degree from the University of Turin. He speaks fluent Italian and English and possesses working knowledge of French.
